Every transaction is managed in-house — due diligence, contracts, taxes, notary and Land Registry — so nothing is outsourced or left unchecked.
If you are selling property in Marbella, we prepare and review the private sale contract, obtain the certificates the buyer's lawyer will ask for, cancel your mortgage at the registry, and calculate the plusvalía and the 3% non-resident retention — so there are no surprises at completion.

Yes. Off-plan requires special care — we check the developer's licences, bank guarantees on your stage payments, the build specification and the completion deadlines, so your money is protected until the property is delivered and registered.
